Galvanized stalls are durableJuly 2011 – The Netherlands not only has many horse riders, but also farms which buy and sell horses, breed and train them. These businesses use stalls which are both safe and spacious, important for both horse and groom. To make the stalls more durable in one particular case, the steel parts of the stalls, shutters, sliding doors and washing station were hot-dip galvanized by Verzinkerij Kampen. Part of the equipment was then powder coated by Poedercoating Hoogeveen. Hemmelhorst Sporthorses has built a new stud farm in the woods around Borne, Overijssel. They concentrate on selective breeding and training to competitive standard of talented dressage horses destined for the cream of equestrianism both at home and abroad. In addition, horses are bred and trained to all levels so that they will make a suitable mount for any rider, anywhere in the world. Heass, a firm from IJsselmuiden, produces high-quality stalls and kennels and has worked closely with Verzinkerij Kampen for years. Heass supplied the stalls, shutters, sliding doors and washing station for Hemmelhorst Sporthorses’ new stud. The steel components were hot-dip galvanized by Verzinkerij Kampen and some of the parts were then powder coated by Poedercoating Hoogeveen. The Hemmelhorst horses are now stabled in durable, high-quality stalls. |
